BIANCHI GROUP AIMS TO CONTINUE GROWING WITH SYSTEM ALLIANCE EUROPE

For the Bianchi Group, System Alliance Europe is a central pillar of its growth strategy and far more than just an operational platform. Vice President Marco Zennaro explains why.

April 8, 2026 – “We actively use the SAE network to build and strengthen long-term partnerships across Europe,” says Marco Zennaro, Vice President of the Italian logistics company. A key factor is collaboration with reliable partners who operate according to shared standards. “This enables us to manage import and export flows efficiently and ensure a consistently high level of service across the entire transport chain.”

This continuity is particularly important for Bianchi customers with demanding supply chains, including industries such as fashion, industrial manufacturing, automotive, high-tech, and chemicals. “Precision is crucial, especially in time-critical and highly structured supply chains,” emphasizes Zennaro. “The network gives us the assurance that we can uphold our service standards beyond our own reach.”

Geographically, the focus is on key European routes, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Greece, and Ireland. “These are strategic corridors for our customers, where strong local partners are essential to ensure efficiency and quality,” Zennaro explains. The figures underline the importance of the alliance: each year, the Bianchi Group handles more than 53,000 export shipments and around 50,000 import shipments via SAE. “This represents a steadily growing flow of international transport and a clear expression of the trust we place in the network,” the top executive adds.

A TRUE SENSE OF COMMUNITY

A major advantage lies in the structured collaboration. “We work with carefully selected partners who share common processes, KPIs, and EDI data flows. This reduces uncertainties and significantly improves coordination.” The result: smoother operations and a continuous improvement in service quality.

However, for Zennaro, the added value goes even further. “What makes SAE special is that we can operate on the same basis of trust outside our own network as we do internally. We know our partners work according to the same principles.” This has a direct impact on daily performance: “Better coordination, fewer disruptions, and greater control over international transport.”

In addition to operational benefits, Zennaro also highlights the importance of personal exchange. Regular meetings and open dialogue within the network build trust and strengthen collaboration over the long term. “A genuine sense of community emerges,” he says.

ADDED VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS

For the Bianchi Group, which has been an SAE member for more than ten years, the greatest added value lies in the combination of local expertise and international reach. “We can present ourselves to our customers not just as a transport service provider, but as a coordinated logistics partner at the European level - with full transparency across the entire supply chain.”

Looking ahead, the company is focusing on even closer integration within the network. “Our goal is to further deepen cooperation both operationally and strategically,” Zennaro explains. This includes optimized processes as well as participation in innovation projects. “Over the next two years, we aim to grow together with SAE and create additional value for partners and customers through greater efficiency, improved coordination, and continuous development.”
